Our “Alpine”zeller is a Twin Peaks Creamery original product, carefully crafted using the finest cheesemaking techniques from the Alps including a washed rind and natural B-linens. It is a semi-firm, raw milk cheese featuring a washed rind and aged 90 days or more at high altitude. Our “Alpine”zeller  flavor profile is complex: sweet and nutty with a creamy finish, pleasantly firm, and leaving a rich, lingering natural finish that echoes the Alpine tradition. Made from the milk of our hay-fed cows and handcrafted on our family farm, each wheel delivers rich, authentic Alpine-inspired flavor. Perfect for charcuterie boards and snacking.
