Inspired by the Swiss Alps, our Rocky Mountain Raclette is a raw milk, semi-soft cheese made for melting and sharing. Our raclette offers a sweet, nutty flavor with a smooth finish. Crafted in the traditional Alpine way with a washed rind, natural B-linens, and aged for at least 60 days at high altitude. Every wheel comes from our hay-fed cows on our family farm in Berthoud, Colorado. Handcrafted on our farm from start to finish, our raclette is authentic farm-to-table cheese.
